The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and in a touristic area. It is situated in the Galata neighborhood, known for its vibrant atmosphere and numerous restaurants and shops. The rooms are cozy and clean with comfortable beds and top-notch linen. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful information to enhance your visit. The hotel offers a unique design and a coffee shop in the reception area, serving excellent coffee.
The rooms can be slightly noisy at night, as sounds from the corridor may disturb light sleepers.

As women travelling alone, we felt secure and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were fantastic, offering helpful suggestions and advice. The hotel is centrally located near the metro, shopping streets, cafes, bars, and restaurants. The brand new hotel was well-decorated, clean, and quiet, providing a luxurious and cozy atmosphere. The blue room we stayed in was excellent, with a comfortable bed and a refreshing rain shower. The hospitality extended to us was exceptional, as the staff surprised us with a bottle of wine, rose petals, and a congratulations card for our recent marriage.
We felt that the hotel was secure, and there was nothing to complain about.
